Shipping policy

Orders are usually shipped out within 5-7 days from order date.
We only ship once a week on Mondays.

If an order contains an out of stock or made to order item, the order will ship out once the item is ready.

All pre-sale items will be shipped out within 4-8 weeks.

Shipping is calculated by quantity and weight of pieces.

All orders are shipped with USPS or UPS.

In case of breakage during shipment, please take a photo of your item and send it to us within 72 hours. Do not throw away the item or packaging.

Local Pick Up in Long Beach

Those who would like to pickup orders in person can chose so at checkout.
Pickup will be in Long Beach, CA.
Please email info@ekuaceramics.com if you choose to pick up so we can coordinate a time.
Pick up times vary but are usually Mondays from 12-5PM.
